PUBLIC HEARING ON 1985 GENERAL FUND BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS

DECEMBER 30, 1985

The San Juan County Commissioners held a public hearing on December 30, 1985 at the hour of 10 a.m. at the San Juan County Courthouse, Monticello, Utah.

The following members were present: Commissioner Black, Chairman

Commissioner Holliday Commissioner Bailey, Absent

The purpose of this meeting was to solicit the public for comment on the proposed increase in the 1985 budget of the general fund for San Juan County. A public hearing is required by the Uniform Fiscal Procedures Act 17-36-26.

Commissioner Black made the motion'to increase the overall general fund budget from $4,740,017 to $4,950,293 in order to accomodate an estimated increase in transfer to health care. Commnissioner Hoiliday seconded it. UNANIMOUS

Also approved was the Health Care Bond Payment on the motion of Commissioner Holliday. The motion was

seconded by Commissioner Black. UNANIMOUS

The following beer licenses were approved on the motion of Commissioner Holliday. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Black. UNANIMOUS
