MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' MEETING HELD AT MONTICELLO, UTAH ON DECEMBER 28, 1959 at 10 A. M.
Meeting opened at 10 A. M. with Commissioner Walton in the chair, Commissioner Hazleton, Bertell and Walton being in attendance, also Clerk.
CARS TO BE PURCHASED FOR PUBLIC HEALTH NURSES
A motion was made by Commissioner Hazleton, seconded by Commissioner Bartell, and unanimously carried, that two Chevrolet cars be purchased for use of the Public Health Nurses and to be delivered and paid for out of the 1959 Budget.
BIDS OPENED FOR SUPPLYING TRUCK FUEL TO COUNTY
This was the day and hour set for opening sealed bids for supplying San Juan County with Truck Fuel for the first quarter of 1960. The following bids were received:

BID FOR SUPPLYING TRUCK FUEL TO SAN JUAN COUNTY AWARDED TO BLACK OIL COMPANY FOR FIRST QUARTER OF 1960
A motion was made by Commissioner Hazleton, seconded by Commissioner Bartell, and unanimously carried, that Black Oil Company's bid on truck fuel be approved and awarded to them for supplying truck fuel to San Juan County for the first quatter of 1960.
CHANGES IN HEATING SYSTEM FOR WATCHMAN AT EAST ROAD SHED CONSIDERED
Evan H. Barton was present to discuss with the County Commissioners the heating system in the living quarters of Knute Carlgren who is watchman of the East Road Shed. The present system is inadequate and a survey will be made as to the best means of heating such quarters.

A motion was made by Commissioner Hazleton, seconded by Commissioner Bartell and unanimously carried that the following Revised Budget for 1960 be adopted:
